Quickly Access Your Meeting Notes and Files within Your Google Meet
With Google Meet, we can securely connect, collaborate, and celebrate from anywhere. It allows Real-time meetings using your browser, shares your video, desktop, and presentations with teammates and customers.
It has been observed that, many times you have started a discussion on a file in a meeting, only to discover that no one has it open yet or they can’t find it?
Surely, you can send them the link of the file for efficient collaboration, but let’s go one step further than that.
Now a Google Calendar is integrated with Google Meet, so whenever you are scheduling a meeting, you can attach a file in the calendar which you wish to discuss in the meeting.
The attached file for the meetings in the Calendar invite will appear in the Google Meet call for everyone to access.
Here’s how to do:
Within your Google Meet, click on the meeting title in the bottom left-hand side.
You’ll see all the meeting details along with the tab to the right side > Attachments.
Directly click on the link attachments to open your files and tell your teammates to do it too!
In this way, you can make it easier for teammates to access your docs and files instead of one person using screen sharing.
