Keep Accessing Your Google Files & Documents Offline
Even without internet you can access your Files from anywhere using the Google Drive Offline Access.

Nowadays people think that Google Online Files can only be accessed while there is an internet connectivity. The basic requirement, in this case, leads to the “internet connectivity”.
Only some people know that the Google Drive provides access to Docs, Sheets & Slides offline. For acquiring data access in the offline format, some setups have to be done. For that user has to turn on the offline access of the files he/she has to work with in their mobile devices. However, the Browser access can be turned on by a single click of the Google Drive settings. The Files are accessible Offline but collaboration is not possible without internet.

The settings in the above three cases are somewhat the same. The main thing one has to do to access Files offline is to use the Google Chrome Browser. If you have not yet downloaded the browser go ahead and download it first.

You should use Google Chrome browser
Download the Google Docs Offline Extension from the Web Store
Turn On the Offline access from your Google drive account.
Mark the checkbox next to Sync Google Docs, Sheets, Slides & Drawings files to this computer so that you can edit offline.
And wait for some time for it to activate.
And you are done!
Access Google Drive Files Offline in an Android mobile
Go to the Google Drive app
Tap the three vertical dots
Slide the toggle next to Available Offline and turn it On
After that select Offline
And here you go….!!

Kindly note that the way to access files Offline in case of Android and iOS is same.

In Google File Stream, Offline files are moved not copied thus saving the space for your PC/MAC whereas, in case of Drive, files are copied not moved which can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. Even Google Team Drive can be synced through File Stream.
