Microsoft offers three lines of subscription services for email hosting and cloud productivity - Business Plans, Enterprise Plans, Exchange Online Plans. Enterprise Line of Subscription has four plans, which are described as below.

With so many plans in Microsoft, it's very important to understand the feature offering of each plan in order to decide which plan will be best suited for your business.

The Business Plans namely Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Microsoft 365 Business for Apps, and Microsoft 365 Business Standard offered by Microsoft comes with User capping of 300 on a Tenant, Hence, for users more than 300, Enterprise Plans are more suitable.

There are four different Enterprise Plans namely Office 365 E1, Office 365 E3, Office 365 E5, and Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise to choose from.

Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise is basically Microsoft 365 Apps for Business with Teams and no user capping. Standard Commercials - ₹ 795.00 /user/month. 

The Office 365 E1, E3, and E5 plans come along with Exchange Services, more detailed features are as mentioned below -
