OneDrive: OneDrive is a file hosting and synchronization service operated by Microsoft. In O365 the user gets 1 TB of One drive storage per user.
Sharepoint: SharePoint is a web-based collaborative platform where people within the organisation can share and collaborate. Microsoft launched SharePoint in 2001. It is primarily sold as a document management and storage system, but the product can be configured as per the requirement of organizations.
Teams: Microsoft Teams was introduced on 14th March 2017 and is a very good platform which keeps you connected. It comes with features of workplace chat, video meetings, file storage (including collaboration on files), and application integration. The meeting can be scheduled from Teams and people within the organisation as well as outside the organisation can be added. Microsoft Teams is the evolution and upgrade path from Microsoft Skype for Business.
Yammer: Yammer is an enterprise form of social networking service used for private communication within organizations and access to a Yammer network is determined by a user's Internet domain so that only individuals with a domain email address may join their respective networks.
