New User Interface for Less Secure Apps, Account Recovery and Domain Management
User interface update is necessary to make each feature more user friendly and within the reach of the user easily. Moreover, such changes are made on the basis of security and improvement purposes also.
User Interface, the graphical and usual display which allows users to interact with ins and outs of any application is created with a purpose to make the app usage easy for all the users. Google has always struck the chord with the user's expectations for making all the products user friendly. This article is focused on introducing some interfaces updated by Google for G Suite features.
The interface change is intended to make the security of any organizational data more secure. The update is about the Less Secure App Setting, Account Recovery Setting, and Domain Management. The updated interface is introduced to reorganize the settings to make it easy to find, use and change.

1. Admin Console > Security > Settings > Less Secure Apps
2. Admin Console > Security > Settings > Account Recovery
3. Admin Console > Domains > Manage Domains
Less Secure Apps and Account Recovery:
The new group-based policy should be very general and user friendly which will help to make the security settings more scannable and fundable. The new system is accepting several group-based policies to be applied in a single interface view. It is now possible to manage policies using groups. All the group based applied policy migration will happen to the new group-based system. There is a chance that few organizations’ existing settings will be affected. For such cases, they will receive an email notification for the same. This update is available for all the G Suite Customers.
Manage Domain:
A new grouped action button is added to make this easier. Now you can select and see the option for the action you are willing to take. For example, domain verification, changing primary domain, MX record-setting and more.
