Introducing Google Meet with Two Latest Features in Google Workspace

Google Chat is a secure and intelligent communication tool which helps people to keep in touch. Now Google meet is more powerful with it’s two latest features.

Accepting knocks during meetings is quite disturbing while any important discussion is going on. Accepting knocks in bulk in Meet reduces this type of interruptions during any meetings.

Now you can accept the pending knock of the participants in bulk. Make sure that only the organizer can view or approve the knock requests in the meeting.

How to operate:

Admin: Admin has no control over this feature.

End user: Only meeting organizers can view or approve the pending knock requests of the participants.

Availability: This feature is available for Business Starter, standard and plus, Enterprise essential, standard, plus and Education as well.

Another exciting feature of Google meet is that now you can change the background of your video meetings. You may opt for Google’s hand picked images or upload one of your own.

How does it help?

Replacing the background can help you to show more of your professionalism. It will also help to hide your surroundings.

How to operate:

Admin: Admin has no such control over this feature as of now.

End user: This feature will be disabled by default for the end user and can be enabled from the settings.

Availability:

Available for all Google workspace users. However note that uploading a picture to replace the background is not available for the Education or  Enterprise for Education customers.
