G Suite - Shortcut Feature

“There is no shortcut to success”, this is something which is very common and heard a lot of times. However, with the new update of G Suite which introduces the shortcuts,  you will be able to do your work with a lot of ease.

Gone are the days where creating a new document or reply to all mails was a tedious task. Now with a new update of G Suite, these things can be done in a few clicks.

These are some important key shortcuts which will help using G Suite id in a more efficient way.

To turn this feature on in G Suite press ( Shift + ? ).

Then Press Enable

Once enabled  you can use the features mentioned below :

• x : Select conversation

• s : Toggle star/Rotate among superstars

• y : Remove label

• <Shift> + r : We can Reply in a new window

• a : Reply all

• <Shift> + a : Reply all in a new window

• f : Forward

• <Shift> + f : Forward in a new window

• <Shift> + n : Update conversation

• ] / [ : Remove conversation from current view and go previous or next

• } / { : To Archive conversation and go previous or next

• z : Undo last action

• <Shift> + i : Mark as read

• <Shift> + u : Mark as unread

• _ : Mark unread from the selected message

• + or = : Mark as important

• - : Mark as not important

• ; : Expand entire conversation

• : : Collapse entire conversation

• <Shift> + t : Add conversation to Tasks
