Emails as Attachments in G Suite
This feature update of enabling G Suite users to attach emails to a new email adds flexibility and serves to offer a superior experience from a usage perspective.
The ever-innovative Google has come up with another update for the G Suite. The mailing platform is now allowing its users to send emails as attachments without having to forward or download them first.
There are situations where attaching emails build a lot of sense than forwarding separate emails, like needing to forward multiple messages associated with one topic.
Emails shared as attachments permit you to write down a summary email to your recipients, as well as attach the set of supporting emails which your recipients can directly open in their
mailing solution.
When emails are sent as an associate attachment, the connected email becomes a .eml file.
You can attach as many emails as you’d like or the situation demands. When you click on a .eml email attachment, it'll open in an exceedingly new window.
Here is a step by step image as to how you can attach Emails into a new Email.
Select the mails which you want to attach.
Drag them to the email you are composing in order to attach them.
This update will come by default without any Admin involvement. The users will get to know this feature is available to them when they will see the "Forward as attachment" option in the three-dot More menu.
The update is already available for Rapid release Domains from 9th December 2019 and it is poised for Scheduled Release Domains from 13th of January, 2020 for all the version of G Suite.
