Success Story: Polco Creations Pvt Ltd.

It was around 4.00 pm, I was at my desk in front of my laptop focused on my regular work. I suddenly saw one mail notification on my cell phone marked to my official email ID.

It was from Abhishek from Polco Creations Pvt Ltd. Just three-words mail "Hi, Please Connect."

Let me tell you more about Abhishek and Polco Creations Pvt Ltd. I was following with the prospect from the month of July 2017 and the trail mail was on since April 2017. Since then he was not answering our calls. Ohh.. I am sorry I forgot to give my introduction. I am working with Infiflex Technologies one of the premier partner of Google in Sales department.

So after receiving the mail I called Abhishek, he mentioned that they want to go for G suite and asked “will you please come to our office to explain the product features and migration process?”. I said "Okay by what time I should reach at your office?". He courteously mentioned 5 o’clock in the evening would be convenient for him, however wanted to know if that works for me too. Without wasting a moment, I dropped a mail and calendar invite to him. Within 10 mins the Director of Polco Creations Pvt Ltd., Mr. Rohit Khanna reverted on the same trail mail with his coordinates asking to ensure once before the meeting. So that day meeting got postponed for Saturday.

I went for the meeting, we had discussion on G suite features and migration. The Director was ready to purchase and asked me to share the Proposal for the same. Once I reached back, immediately shared price quote with him and within few minutes he replied that he has chosen Infiflex as G Suite vendor.  He wanted to know the next steps to proceed further.

As we all were celebrating our  achievement, at the same time I was also having conversation with my Manager, Mr. Sanchit Dikshit and he showed me a few earlier mails suggesting that he had connected with Polco around two years back, and we closed the deal today. It was really a test of patience. On the other side, such deals always give you positive energy and inspire you to give your best efforts at work.
