Why do we need a cloud console on mobile devices?

Recently, Google has announced a cloud console application for IOS and Android platforms, which gives even more flexibility to the admin to access the cloud console from anywhere across the world. This enables the following features :

NOTIFICATION ALERT: If there is any critical issue, you will be notified on your IOS or android device, after which you can diagnose and fix the issue.

DIAGNOSE AND FIX ISSUES: As end-user, you can now take actions directly from your devices such as connecting, stopping and restarting your VM via SSH.

MONITORING: Observe the status of App Engine, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL resources. You can even create your own custom views to get a glance of what data you exactly need.

CUSTOM DASHBOARD: Track the health of your instances with graphs and statistics showing the CPU usage, network usage, and server errors.

BILLING ALERTS: Create a calendar event and get alerts for projects going beyond the budget.

CLOUD SHELL: You can now access cloud shell from your remote devices to perform Google cloud operations.

FLEXIBILITY TO THE END USERS: This is a huge advancement in the field of cloud platform, the launching of an application for mobile devices and tablets. End-users now have the flexibility to control the infrastructure from outside of their workplace. With Google cloud console app in the market, users can fix their issues, change their system architecture, even enjoy the benefits of advanced-level security where only the authorized users with right authentication credentials can access the console panel. Google is reportedly bringing out more features to make the cloud console more user-friendly and lightweight.
