Finding the Event ID for an Affected Event in the Organizer's Calendar

You can find the Event ID and the troubleshooting information regarding an event by following these steps:

- The affected user or the organizer of the event needs to login to Google Calendar by going to this specific address https://www.google.com/calendar/render?gsessionid=OK&eventdeb=1

- Click on the affected event

- Select the drop down menu 'More Actions' at the top of the Calendar web interface (near 'Save', 'Discard changes’)

- Click on 'Troubleshooting Info'

- Copy the text that appears in the pop-up and paste it in your reply

Additionally  try to  send a test event and try sending the invitation to the same user and provide  the Event Id of the Test event. This will help to trace the event when investigating the issue.
