Kamlesh Parmar, an MCA from Sardar Patel University, Gujarat and is also ITIL, Cyber Security and Computer Forensics certified professional. Kamlesh comes with an overall experience of 15+ years wherein he has worked in various sectors like Pharma, FMCG, Port and Manufacturing. Currently, he is leading the IT department of Estim Group, Tanzania. He deals with Project Management, IT Application / Any ERP Implementation, Roll-out, Training and Support, Management of IT Infrastructure, Vendor, Project Stakeholders & Team.
How I connected with Mr. Kamlesh Parmar ?
Mr. Kamlesh Parmar, IT Head of Estim Construction and myself were initially connected through linkedin and one day I casually started interacting with him. I asked him how he is organizing the IT Stuff in such a big organisation like Estim. From this point the conversation took off.
Requirement:
According to Kamlesh, they were using an old local email server for their organisation. They were facing a problem of downtime in the current email server. Even there was not enough storage capacity in the existing email server. And this had become a barrier for the organisation.
They were searching for the best email server which can run smoothly with minimum downtime. Also, as a growing company, they were keen to get rid of bottlenecks.
Solution:
After understanding the problem faced by Kamlesh in the existing email server, I introduced G Suite email server.
Several product demo’s through HangOut (G Suite Feature) were scheduled because Kamlesh is working from Tanzania, so we had the time zone constraint.
G suite was found to be fulfilling the requirement of Mr. Kamlesh with 0% Downtime and enhanced storage facility.
We deployed, configured and integrated G suite for Estim’s 150 users successfully with complete mail migration as well.
