Rediff Local Delivery Issue

Rediff has a common issue of delivering emails locally.

Even after MX change local delivery can deliver emails in between rediff servers internally.

So we need to disable the “Local delivery” option from rediff admin panel to resolve this issue.

Please go through the procedure to disable “Local Delivery”:

1. Go to Rediff Admin:

2. Go to Domain level management.

3. Go to Mail Routing under Domain level management.

4. Disable the Local delivery.

** If you are unable to find the option for “mail routing” please ask the customer to contact Rediff concern and enable the “mail routing” option. **
