- Open Teams.
- Click the Meetings option present in the left panel.
All the upcoming meetings would be displayed on the right side of the screen.
Once you’ve seen the upcoming meetings, click on “Schedule a meeting” at the bottom
The New meeting window will pop up automatically
Then you need to fill up complete details of the meeting and click “Schedule” option at the bottom to save the meeting.
