Introduce Multiple Signatures in Gmail
Multiple signatures provide end-users with the flexibility to use different signatures for different situations. It will indirectly help to increase the productivity of the organization.
An email signature is a block of text that automatically appears at the end of an email message you send. Generally, a signature is used to provide the recipient with some business information like your name, email address, business contact information, website URL, icons or links to your top two to four social media platforms, disclaimer or even memorable anecdotes.
An email signature offers the perfect opportunity for a company to establish and reinforce its brand. If your signature bears a profile picture, it allows the person to receive the email to make a personal association and connection with you.
Now Google has Introduced multiple signatures in Gmail. Multiple signatures provide you with the flexibility to use different signatures for different situations.
You can use multiple signatures for communicating across teams, organizations, or on the basis of products and/or services. As an example, you can use different signatures for internal and external purposes of communication for your organization.
You can use multiple signatures to communicate with people in different languages.
You can also use different default signatures for new emails and replies, and more.
This feature allows end-users to choose multiple signatures and you will be getting this feature in Gmail Settings. You need to go to Gmail Settings> General settings. In the General setting, you will be getting the “Signature” and selecting “Create New” to enter multiple signatures. To use the additional signatures, You need to open the signature menu in the compose action toolbar to switch signatures.
