Gmail Security Sandbox
Gmail Security Sandbox strengthens security by identifying malware that traditional antivirus programs might overlook. It analyzes files in a controlled environment to detect new threats. This safeguards your system and data from harmful attachments, offering administrators enhanced protection against potential cyber risks.
Sandboxing in Gmail is a security feature that isolates messages in a safe environment, preventing them from harming your account. When Gmail receives an email, it is examined for malware. If the email is identified as malicious, it is transferred to a sandbox, a secure environment that can be analyzed without endangering your account. The email is subjected to various tests in this simulator to determine whether it contains malware or other malicious content. If an email is determined to be harmful, it is deleted. If the email is secure, it will be sent to your inbox. The sandboxing feature of Gmail is one of the many security measures employed by Gmail to protect email communications.
