G Suite Restrictions Set by Google for Seamless Service
Limits are set by Google in order to protect Google servers and provide uninterrupted service.

G Suite Restrictions
To keep the system healthy and secure Google has set some restriction on emails. The restrictions imposed by Google is helping in maintaining better server performance and giving users 99.9% guaranteed uptime on their mailing solution.
Below are the limits set by Google.
Sending Limit
if your users exceed an email sending limit, the user will see an error message, such as:
-
You have reached a limit for sending an email.
-
You reached a Gmail sending limit.
-
You exceeded the maximum recipients.
After reaching the limits, a user can not send new mail for up to 24 hours. However, the user can still login to G Suite account and receive incoming email. After Suspension period, sending limits will be automatically reset and the user can resume sending mail.

Email receiving limits
Google limits the number of emails, users can receive per minute, Per hour, and Per day. If an account reaches the limit, a user will not be able to receive any new email and may experience general account problems, like slow searching. All incoming mails bounce back to the sender.

If the user reaches this limit, mail receiving will be suspended by Google and this suspension will be up to 24 Hours after which ID will be reset and receiving will be resumed. After an account reset, the user cannot recover the emails which have been sent during the suspension period.
Sync Limit
G Suite have set some limits on the amount of bandwidth for syncing accounts. See the Bandwidth limits.
Limits are set up. If you are using any of these clients:

The actions of clients and services using IMAP, have the bandwidth limit. See the Bandwidth limits.
Storage Limit
Each G Suite user will get 30 GB storage for free. This storage is divided between Google Photos, Gmail & Google Drive. If you are reaching the limit or if your storage is full, users can purchase additional storage or delete some data.
A user will get unlimited storage with G Suite Enterprise, Business, or Education edition. If the user has 5 or more users license or 1 TB of storage for 4 or less, Drive Enterprise edition also does not have storage quotas but is charged based on storage used.
Note: If your storage is full, mail sending and receiving will be stopped until the storage is updated.
Group Limit
There is no limit, However, a user can be the owner of at most 1,000 groups. If a group is created by any user, then ownership will get assigned on his/her ID automatically. However, users can change or revoke their ownership at any time, so it's possible for a user to create any number of groups.
