Corporate Accounts of Google are termed as G Suite Business. It provides Google docs, sheets & Hangout Tools along with Gmail. G Suite is compatible with Windows/Android/Apple Platforms, which increases employee productivity. The high security and remote manageability enable Admins to keep close track on the data transaction. All the tools are accessible from Apps and Browser interfaces.

 

There are some productivity tools like Google Forms, Tasks, Notes which makes G Suite unique among all. All the applications linked to the corporate Ids can be made accessible from a single gateway, through SSO. Admins generally allow users to access company data from their devices. If they want, it can also be wiped off remotely from the G Suite Admin Console.

 

Along with all other G Suite Basic Features, the Business Plan provides Cloud archiving feature, i.e. Google Vault. It’s archival policies enable admins to find the data, log report of mail and drive data. The filter criteria can be saved for future use. If the policy is violated, then the data can be exported to the concerned authorities for taking further actions. The data can be retrieved by the Admins, even if they are deleted from User Interface.
