Apps Usage Reports from G Suite for Your Organization

Reports generate a series of charts and graphs that display information on data generated by the usage of apps for all users. You can view emails sent over a specific period, files users create and share, search queries from different devices, and so on.

Your apps report

1. Go to your Google Admin console.

2. Click Reports.

3. On the left, go to Reports > Apps Reports and choose a report. 

Understand apps report data

Accounts

Report type Description
2-Step verification enrollment and enforcement As you can see in the above chart, it shows the number of users in your domains who are enrolled in 2-Step verification, and the number of users in your domains who are required to be enrolled in 2-Step verification on 30th April 2020 and more details.

Gmail

Report type Description
Inbound Email: Delivery A total number of inbound messages (delivered, rerouted, rejected) received by your users from senders outside your organization's associated domains.
Inbound Email: Spam Some inbound messages tagged as spam, shown as a fraction of total inbound messages.
Outbound Email: Delivery The number of outbound-delivered messages (delivered, rerouted, rejected), shown as a fraction of total outbound messages.
Total emails The total number of emails stored by all users in your domains.

 

Manage Reports

1. Open your report as mentioned above.

2. On right, click Manage reports.

3. Add items you want to display in your reports and click save.

Export your report data

You can export your data to a Google Sheet, or download it as a CSV file.

1. Open your report.

2. Click Download.
