I am Shailesh Patil working with Infiflex since last 4 years. During this time we have brought more than 500 medium and large scale Customers on board. Most of them opted for G-Suite only because they were facing issues in their Current Email Infrastructure. But when we tried for Adoption Program or Training Session the typical resistance was always found in the companies.

G-Suite is a complete platform comprising of multiple Applications like Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contact, Hangout, Group, Site and much more. Most of the Companies are using only Gmail as Core in G-Suite and they are not focusing on the benefits from other applications.These applications can help to increase the Productivity by 40% and save around 30% Cost which normally gets spent on IT Infrastructure.
I think following may be the reason why People are not supporting for Change Management :
Lack of Influence from Management for Adoption of G-Suite.
People prefer to work with Traditional methodologies and do not have mindset for modern age Technologies.
Due to Lack of Time, Change Management Program is not driven by the Leadership Team.
Not having supportive infrastructure within the Company.
Although, we have to understand the Importance of G-Suite Training and Adoption Program, following benefits Employees and Company will get after implementation of the Program.
Companies are paying for Full G-Suite Application not only for Gmail, so after Training Program they will get full ROI and value for Money.
In the New Age Technology world, Employees will adopt best practices and smart ways to do their work effectively. This will help to increase the productivity.
Drive, Calendar, Hangout and Site will help to resolve lot of ongoing Operational Issues as these are strong Communication and Collaboration tools.
Employees will take pride as Company is contributing towards the growth of their Knowledge and enhancement of Skills.
