IP Address Getting Blocked in Google When Any Mail is Being Sent from an SMTP Server
The above steps listed are used to avoid mails originating from domain to further land in the SPAM from the applications working in the domain.

Issue:
IP Address getting Blocked in Google when any mail is being sent from an SMTP Server or Application System within the domain.
Solution:
In order to fix this issue, it is required to publish an SPF/TXT record in the DNS of the domain name with the following format.
"v=spf1 ip4:<IP Address of application> include:_spf.google.com ~all"
The DNS provider helps in updating the records for the domain. After these records are updated the incoming mails from the SMTP server, which are being required to deliver, goes directly to the inbox of the recipients avoiding SPAM further.
This is a standard practice to configure all the SMTP servers and other application servers which are being used in the domain working on G Suite. Kindly once refer the screenshot as follows:

You can find the instructions to configure a SMTP at this article of our Help Center http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=176600. An important point to take into account is the configuration of the SPF. Advise your customer to configure a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) in order to authenticate external IPs to send on behalf of that domain. You can find more information about how to configure this at http://support.google.com/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=178723. Please keep in mind that any change made on the DNS will take up to 48 hours to propagate.
