We started in 2010 as a software development company with the employee size of just five developers. Today we have the employee size of 150 plus in major cities like Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, to name a few. We have an operational presence outside the country, primarily in Singapore with a good marketing base. We plan to double the strength in next one year.

Finding the Right Candidate
We go through a number of resumes to pick the right candidate for the position. We frequently provide updates in the job portal sites, Social Media sites like Linkedin, Naukri, etc. for the job openings, from where we find the right candidate for the desired role.
Shorten Hiring Cycle
Once we shortlist the right Candidates, Our HR Team connects with them for the next level of interview. We do not believe in holding candidates for a longer time. Our panel of experts in the desired role conduct the interview rounds and provide their written feedback to the HR team. If our experts agree on the right candidature, they jointly put in a written request to the HR to speed up the onboarding. Infiflex values talent and helps in skill building.
